If you use your brand as a domain name, the user knows what to expect. If these expectations are met, lower bounce rates and longer dwell times are created, both of which are very important in SEO. The name of the brand used as a domain is not only relevant for SEO purposes but above all-important for the image: those who use a brand name that is easy to remember as the domain of their site, thus also reinforces the identity of the company (the so-called corporate identity).

Extension of the Domain

Many website operators wonder if the new domain extensions are relevant for SEO purposes. Over the past few years, new top-level domains (TLD, short for Top Level Domain) have been progressively added to expand the market for classic domain extensions, such as .com. According to official statements by Google, the new generic TLDs (.hotel, .shop) are considered the same as the most common ones (.com, .org). Equally irrelevant to a site’s ranking would be whether or not its TLD contains a keyword. এর জন্য আপনাকে একটি ওয়েবসাইট তৈরি করতে হবে এবং সেখানে নিয়মিত কিছু কিছু আর্টিকেল পাবলিশ করতে হবে। সাইটটি পরিপূর্ণ এসইও করে গুগলে প্রথম পেজে র‌্যাংক করাতে হবে ফলে খুব কম সময়ে আপনার ওয়েবসাইটে প্রচুর ভিজিটর আসতে শুরু করবে তারপর আপনি আপনার সাইটে গুগল এডসেন্স এড করে দিবেন এবং সেখান থেকে আপনার আয় হতে থাকবে।

এটা খুবই ভালো ও জনপ্রিয় আয়ের উপায়। বিশ্বের অনেক মানুষ এইভাবে লক্ষ্য লক্ষ্য টাকা আয় করে চলেছে। আপনি যদি সত্যি আপনার সাইটে পরিপূর্ণ এসইও (SEO) করে ভালো পরিমাণের ভিজিটর নিয়ে আসতে পারেন তাহলে এখান থেকে আপনার প্রতি মাসে $1000 এর ও বেশি ডলার আয় করা সম্ভব।

২। অ্যাফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং:

অনলাইনে এমন অনেক ই-কমার্স ওয়েবসাইট রয়েছে যারা বিভিন্ন বড় বড় জনপ্রিয় ব্লগ বা ওয়েবসােইটকে অ্যাফিলিয়েট করার সুযোগ দিয়েছে। তারমধ্যে সবচেয়ে সেরা ও বড় ই-কমার্স ওয়েবসেইট হলো Amazon।

আমরা অনেকেই হয়ত Amazon Affiliate নামটি শুনেছি। আপনি যদি একটি রিভিউ ওয়েবসাইট তৈরি করে সেখানে বিভিন্ন পণ্য সর্ম্পকে বিস্তারিত লিখে রিভিউ দেন। একই সাথে পোষ্টের পন্য গুলোর সাথে যদি আমাজন এফিলিয়েট সাইটের লিংকটি দিয়ে দেন তাহলে সেই লিংকে ক্লিক করে অনেকে সেই পন্য টি আমাজন ওয়েবসােইট থেকে কিনবে। যার ফলে আমাজন আপনাকে তাদের লভ্যাংশ থেকে কিছু টাকা দিবে । এভাবে আপনার রিভিউ ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে অনেক টাকা ইনকাম করতে পারবেন।

তবে হ্যা এই কাজ করার জন্য আপনাকে অবশ্যই খুব ভালো এসইও (SEO) জানতে হবে। কারণ এই সব সাইটের গুগলে প্রতিযোগিতা অনেক বেশি তাই তাদেরকে টপকে আপনার সাইটেকে র‌্যাংক করা এক কথায় প্রায় অসম্ভব তাই অবশ্যই আপনাকে খুব ভালো এসইও (SEO) এর কাজ জানতে হবে একমাত্র এসইও (SEO) এর মাধ্যমেই এই কাজে সফল হওয়া সম্ভব।

৩। মার্কেটপ্লেস:

আপওয়ার্ক (Up work), ফীল্যান্সার (Freelancer), ফাইবার (Fiverr), পিপল পার আওয়ার (PeoplePerHour ইত্যাদি প্রচুর মার্কেটপ্লেস রয়েছে। চাইলে সেগুলোতে জয়েন করে এসইও (SEO) এর কাজ করে টাকা আয় করতে পারেন। এসব মার্কেটপ্লেসগুলোতে অনেক মানুষ রয়েছে যারা এসইও (SEO) এর কাজ করানোর জন্য বসে রয়েছে আপনি তাদের কাজ করে দিয়ে তাদের কাছ থেকে আপনার পারিশ্রমিক হিসেবে একটা অর্থ দাবি করতে পারেন এবং এভাবে আপনি প্রতিমাসে অনেক টাকা আয় করতে পারবেন।

৪। লোকাল মার্কেট:

আপনি যদি ভালো ভাবে খোজ নিতে পারেন তাহলে আপনি আপনার আশে পাশে কিংবা আপনার ফেসবুক ফ্রেন্ডলিস্টের অনেককেই পাবেন যারা এসইও (SEO) এর কাজ করাতে চায় । তো আপনি তাদের কাজ গুলো করে দেওয়ার মাধ্যমে আয় করতে পারেন। এছাড়াও আপনার আশেপাশে এমন অনেক কোম্পানি পাবেন যাদের এসইও (SEO) করার জন্য কর্মী দরকার তো যদি ভাগ্য সহায় হয় তাহলে একটি জব ও পেয়ে যেতে পারেন।

এছাড়াও বিভিন্ন সাইটের সাথে যুক্ত হয়ে আপনি কন্ট্রাকে এসইও (SEO) করে দিতে পারেন এবং টাকা আয় করতে পারেন।

৫। লোকাল ব্যবসা:

আপনার যদি কোন পন্য থেকে থাকে তাহলে আপনি তার ব্যবসা করতে পারেন এসইও (SEO) করার মাধ্যমে। ধরুন আপনার একটি ইনেক্টনিক পন্যের দোকান আছে বা যেকোন ধরনের দোকান আছে আপনি ইচ্ছে করলে সেই পন্য গুলো আপনার ওযেবসাইটের মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে বিক্রি করতে পারেন।

কিভাবে SEO শিখবো?

আসলে এসইও (SEO) শিখার জন্য যা যা প্রয়োজন তার প্রায় সব কিছুই রয়েছে ইন্টারনেটে। আপনাদেরকে শুধু একটু কষ্ট করে তা খুজে নিতে হবে।

তাই এসইও (SEO) শেখার জন্য বা এসইওতে অবিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন হতে হলে আপনারকে অবশ্যই কয়েকটা বিষয় সম্পর্কে ধারনা রাখতে হবে।

(ক) ইন্টারনেট: সবার প্রথমে ইন্টারনেটের ব্যবহার সঠিকভাবে শিখে নিতে হবে।
(খ) ইংরেজী: আপনাকে অবশ্যই মিডিয়াম বা ভাল মানের ইংরেজী জানতে হবে।
(গ) অফিস প্রোগ্রাম: শুধুমাত্র অফিস প্রোগ্রামের এমএস ওয়ার্ড (Microsoft Word) টা মোটামুটি জানতে হবে।
(ঘ) ফটোশপ: ছবির সাইজ ঠিক করা বা টুকটাক কাজের জন্য ফটোশপ (Adobe Photoshop) জানতে হবে।
(ঙ) প্রোগ্রামিং ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ: প্রোগ্রামিং ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ HTML and CSS হালকা জানা থাকতে হবে।

অনেকে ভেবে থাকতে পারেন আমি তো ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করতে পারি। আমি বলবো আপনি জানেন না। কারণ শুধু ফেসবুক ইউটিউব আর গুগল থেকে কোন কিছু ডাউনলোড করার নামই ইন্টারনেট নয়।

আপনাকে এমন ভাবে ইন্টরনেটের ব্যবহার আয়ত্ত করতে হবে যাতে আপনি ইন্টারনেট থেকে যে কোন কিছু খুব সহজেই খুজে বের করতে পারেন।

তারপর আপনাকে এসইও (SEO) রিলেডেট বিভিন্ন রিসোর্চ খুজতে হবে এবং সেগুলো থেকে আস্তে আস্তে বেসিক ধারনা নিতে হবে।

এছাড়াও ইউটিউবে এখন প্রচুর ভিডিও বিনামূল্যে পাওয়া যায় সেখান থেকে ধারনা নিতে হবে। একটা সময় পর দেখবেন আপনি এসইও (SEO) এর অনেকটা কাজই পারেন।

আর এসইও (SEO) কোন নির্দিষ্ট কাজ নয় যে এই এই কাজ গুলো করলেই আমার কাজ শেষ তাই নিয়মিত এসইও (SEO) করে যেতে হবে।
